Okay, about five minutes ago I was pissing about just watching Arby N' The Chief on HuluTube when I was slapped in the face with "A fatal error has occured with Windows, Please sit helplessly with your thumb up your arse while our programmers make paper planes and fuck eachother."

So anyway, my point is, what is the worst error that has occured with any tech that you've owned? Dose'nt particularly have to be Microsoft.

I like your little error message impersonation. That's pretty much what Microsoft does do.

I have had the blue screen several times,
Playstation lags when I play dvds on it (I've had 2, both do the same)

My toaster didn't toast my bread. I had forgot to plug it in. Damn technology.
Hehe, that's about the worst thing I've ever done as well. Except put a baked potato studded with army men in a microwave, it's still covered in the green stains from those poor, defenceless soldiers. Fun times.

Blue Screen of Death is one of the most horrible technological experiences.

Not to mention that you have almost 0 info on the problem and theres thousands of ways to fix it...and this is one of those errors that re-installing windows doesnt help.

with my laptop, I have a wireless switch, with surprise surprise, turns on W-LAN, and when I used it I got a big fat bluescreen, it's fixed now, because Microsoft does fix things for Vista Ultimate.

I'm having problems with Firefox, which, ironically, I downloaded because IE was being a pain in the arse.

Every so often, for no reason whatsoever, it closes itself and then has the nerve of asking, do you want to continue with your previous session? Yes, of course I do! I had five tabs open, I don't want to find all those pages again!

It's not what it does really. It's more the frequency with which it does it. Damn thing.

my uncle had a desktop that was so virus ridden you could draw on the desktop like you were in paint, while the computer was booting. it was really fun to draw on links face.

I've had a lot of motherboards and DVD drives die on me for some reason.

Though the worst (by some distance) was when my car caught fire, faulty alarm siren apparently. Believe it or not it was actually repairable and I still own it.

i completed a university assignment and was about to put it through an electronic plagiarism reporter thing. we have to take off the bibliography from the assignment before we put it through the test. i got rid of it, did 'Save as' and changed the name slightly so i'd have my final copy to print and the bibliography-less copy for the report. when i went to upload it for the report there was only 1 copy. i hadn't changed the name enough and it copied over the original instead of making a new one and i had to find all the books/websites i'd used and re-right my entire bibliography. it took 3 hours.

My Sixth Form is cheepskate. When I was in the main part of the school I can name two occurances of crapness. Once the monitor of my friends computer stopped working and plasticy-smelling smoke came out of the top of it, and once my computer froze, and it stayed frozen for 15 minutes until I got really angry and punched it, at which point it started working again.

Blue Screen of Death.

XP, Vista, 98, 2000.

Damn, no matter what OS I see on my comp, it just keeps coming back. I'm thinking of switching over soon if it happens again.

Well, Windows Vista doesn't do that... So maybe you are installing the wrong version of Windows.
Vista itself is one big Blue Screen of Death. ^^

Edit:And vista does have Blue Screens. MS is trying to get rid of them since Windows 98.

Get Linux. I'm downloading as we speak.
I've had enough of Microsoft.
