They ID'd the shooter. Guy was an MRA lawyer who acted like a caricature of an MRA lawyer.
He's also possibly linked to the killing of another MRA lawyer (Marc Angelucci) on the opposite side of the country a week prior using the same MO. Walked up to door dressed as delivery man, asked if the person who answered was Marc, then asked for Marc because he had to sign for the package. When Marc came to the door, he confirmed that was Marc and shot him. Died on the scene.

The witness of the Angelucci shooting described the man as thin, white and with salt and pepper hair. If he was wearing a hat as part of the disguise, that could fit Hollander (wouldn't see his bald spot, but would see the hair around the base of the hat).

Before the talk of Hollander being linked to Angelucci's death there was speculation of if it had to do with a case he was nearing the end of and likely to win that involved a 400 acre ranch being taken by the state as a consequence of a false rape allegation against it's owner.

What did these new victims have to do with that case?

Same killer, following the same MO?

I got the types of killing was the same. Confused to what he was trying to do. Reading this, it seems he was targeting the wife, not the husband and son, for hearing a case about the Draft, that he thought he should be the attorney for in another state. That... I don't want to use the term doesn't make sense because he clearly wasn't making sense but its the only one that fits.

Also, I thought the supreme caught ruled on the draft last year?

My best guess is he wanted to kill several of his enemies, and then himself if he was under any suspicion. Realized he screwed up and expedited the "and then himself" part after the attack on Judge Salas didn't go according to plan. There are reports he had information on another judge in his car when he was found.

Why do I think "and then himself" was part of the plan? He was already dying of cancer, likely didn't want to spend his last few months in jail awaiting trial.

Wasn't SCOTUS, was in US District Court for the Southern District of Texas. NCFM vs Selective Service System. Angelucci was the lawyer for NCFM.

It's currently in appeal with the 5th circuit court of appeals.

Actually, to be more specific, the case has been ongoing since 2013 - started in district court in CA, was dismissed, the dismissal was appealed, it was remanded back to the district court, then moved to the TX district court. On February 22, 2019 Judge Miller issued a declaratory judgement that the male-only registration requirement is unconstitutional (which is likely what you're thinking of). Then the Selective Service System appealed to 5th circuit court of appeals and that appeal is ongoing (and slowed by COVID-19).
