Well given that 1: That's a cartoon, 2: that pretty much is a mansion/castle, and 3: it's on the top of the building so he can lord it over everyone, I don't think the two dwellings are quite comparable.

it would totally be worth the price, though. i hear it helps you come up with plans so circuitous and overwrought that at certain points you can't even tell that you're actually plotting against yourself
