In general its a bad idea to call Flanders (yes, that's what its called) the Dutch part of Belgium. People might get offended. Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany have a weird love/hate/ridicule relationship with one another, depending on who you talk to.

The Dutch speaking countries do their best musical work in foreign languages (Within Temptation anyone? Racoon?). Though there is always a handful of good Dutch sounds around (Blof for example). Not so much from Belgium any more though, died down after the nineties for no apparent reason. Weird... Never thought about it before.

I still love me some Clouseau though.
