Go for it. I take yoga at work (when it's held) and used to do it a bit more often and it feels good. Apparently my sister is at the cash register buying an elliptical for us right now (I'm at work) so we'll be doing that, too.AC10 said:It's probably a good idea. I'm 30 and in better shape than I was at either 25 or 18. Probably not as good as 22, but on my way back there. People also tell me that I look like I'm in my mid 20s now, but when I was in my mid and early 20s they thought I was crowding 30. Getting older need not be that bad. In fact I expect my 30s to be much better than my 20s. Also, they say that the elderly regard the later years of their lives as the best, and their 20s as the worst.
That said, it is rather shocking to realize that the Harry Potter movies started with child actors shortly after I graduated college, and they're all adults or close to it now.

I was born in 1994, raised on an NES. The SNES can still impress me more that modern games. I have fond memories of all the movies that are on the "This came out X number over 5" years ago. I talk about the good old days when ever Cartoon Network is discussed. I am only 18 and yet I feel really old.
