I can't be bothered wathing the full video, but if she kicks him on the ground, while wearing a shoe, thats deadly assault with a weapon, yes even with slippers.
I like how the guy is so casual, over the intercom.
Love how some of the interesting videos are on public transport.
I bet all she gets is community service 6 months.

Resisting arrest
Assasult(argubily with a deadly weapon)
Spitting in public, if its illegeal
I don't know where they are, but here in Texas it actually counts as assault. Also, she kneed one of the cops twice, so I think she'll get a little more than six months in community service :p

Either this guy did something to tick off his girlfriend and is just accepting any kind of punishment that she is dishing out to him because he feels he deserves it or he's the biggest wimp that I've ever seen.

If you F up, you come clean and try to work it out, if the opportunity even arises. One slap, punch or kick is probably justified, but getting stomped on in a train with people around is definitely not going to help your self-esteem in the slightest.

I'm still sorry about the stupid bundle that share my gender.

That was awful. I hate when they think they can run around slapping and biting just because they're a girl. It's hypocritical. I'm glad she was taken in.

But it's also sad when a guy won't "hit a girl" just because she's a girl. They'll think twice when a mugger comes their way with boobies.

there is female brutality..there is male brutality

Im going to say the unpopular opinion here....but I think when it come to physical violence women come out worse for wear because generally they are smaller/weaker

theres also phsychological abuse..an even playing feild

EDIT: and no this is not acceptible I think she is in the wrong
If we're working with generalisable opinions here, women should be able to take more of a beating due to the pain resistance required to birth children.

"You're not gonna mistreat me and think it's OK, it's not OK the mistreat Girls"

But yet it's OK for her to mistreat someone, a Man? Cloud coo-coo

What an absolute *****. I really wish that bloke retaliated, being her down a peg or two. It's also sad filming it and laughing about it is more important than help the poor sod before the police got there.

As a Woman *if* I ever hit a Man first for some strange reason, I would fully expect to be hit back. I hate the way Men think they can't retaliate and give Women like her all this power to being a twat. Men should retaliate to stop people like her.

Them stupid bitches. They want equal rights but don't want to face the consequences of their violent actions! They think they can do whatever they want! Stupid women! Feminist idiots! We need to beat some sense into those whores!

The majority of posts are going to be along these lines, even though if you take careful note, not a single girl is going to support that individual's actions. She should be prosecuted and thrown into prison, just as any male should if he did that to a person. Ideally, no one should hit anyone. If someone becomes violent, they should be subdued, not attacked in return, and then they should be charged for their crimes. This applies regardless of sex or gender. If women are getting more lenient sentences, this should be immediately rectified, and any proper feminist would agree with me. Also, why didn't the people who filmed that shit try to help?

Along with the misogynistic comments in this thread, people are going to cite a social experiment in which they got two actors, one male and one female, and had the girl beat on the guy. Many people walked by without trying to help. They will argue that this is some sort of reverse sexism, but they would do well to note that in the end it was not men who helped the lad, but a few women who called her out. The gender roles that perpetuate the idea that men are stronger or more capable than women are the result of a male dominated society which seeks to promulgate its power. Feminism wishes to erase these gender roles so that everyone is seen as equal and judged on their own merits, as individuals.

Someone will also post a video by someone called the "AmazingAtheist" on youtube. That guy is a fucking idiot and you are merely discrediting your argument.
lol, well aren't you quite defensive. Feminism in the 1950's was fine, but as it is now, it's hypocritically and full of prejudice. Here is a video that touches on the different perspectives on gender based violence (I do not support the videos use of the word c*nt):

Also here is an example of how society's view on gender based violence is messed up (mind you I don't support the comments in the video that call the women c*nts):

Wow, someone spectacuarly failed to properly read the post they were commented, either that or Manic Depressive is Professor X.

Personnally I think that if the guy did mistreat the girl and/or cheat on her then a slap or verbal cutdown would not have been out of the question, but this girl goes way above and beyond any rational response, just constantly laying into him for a full 5 minutes, and then she tries to wail on the police, kneeing the guy in the groin twice.

On a lighter note well done to the police officers for doing their job, acting with restraint and professionalism in the face of such violent behaviour. Not all police are gun-ho power-trippers.

thank you, thank you. I try. I shouldn't take all the credit though, because I couldn't have done it without the help of manic_depressive13's overly defensive post. :D

I was just about to fire up my flame stick until I read that second part. Thank you! Finally, someone who can actually think reasonably of the opposite sex. Though there are some stupid bimbos out there who would say that she was in the right (and then if the genders were switched it would OBVIOUSLY be wrong), the majority would say she's way out of line and deserves jail time.

When it comes to REASONABLE women's opinions on this, wanting equal rights =/= wanting special treatment. The ones who do want special treatment don't deserve to be listened to because what they want isn't equal rights. They want the tables to be turned, which is still just as wrong. Comments on both sides--the "you wanted equal rights, you got 'em" comments AND the "man got what he deserved" comments--do absolutely nothing to help anyone. They just serve to further obscure the REAL problems in gender rights and abuse happening every day.

In these kinds of threads the defensiveness is warranted. Given all the 'them stoopid bitchez wantin' them some equal rights' posts when not ONE person has defended her actions. Some idiot attacked a guy on the train and she got what was coming to her.

The very first objection to violence that isn't just tutting and lip smacking in that video is when she spits in the guys face and the people on the train tell him not to hit her

What bullshit is this? Where was the objection to violence when her foot was in his face? Is violence okay, not worthy of objection, unless a guy is being violent?

He should have been perfectly within his rights to defend himself against his aggressor, male or female, young or old, big or small.

Seems to be a common trend that women like that think they can do whatever the fuck they want to a guy they know won't hit back. It upsets me, but there is a sex-barrier when it comes to self defense. There would be a long trial if he had hit her back, or at least tried to subdue her. That woman's lawyer was argue he used too much force, or he took advantage of his masculinity to control her femininity.

In a perfect world? I would have taken that woman down, face first, put both knees in either shoulder blade and sat there waiting for the cops while she shouted profanity at me.
It's not just women. Everyone seems to think they can take what they want from whoever they want, be it piracy, theft, rioting and looting shops, or attacking random people. There are too many people who think they're special, that how-can-you-not-pay-attention-to-me-now-I'll-hit-you, that they're not part of the world and aren't bound by it's rules, that they're the only one, and so on.

God knows why I read this website. It never fails to make me lose faith in humanity. I know it's not everyone who does this, but Damn, every single day a new video of somthing like this pops up. Racist woman on train yesterday, this today.... God. I hate the world.

Urrrgh. But yeah. This is wrong. I'm the glad the guy doesn't hit back though. It means he can go on with a completely clean concience.

You can hear her saying "you think you can mistreat me and get away with it" and the title suggests he cheated on her (though I didn't watch it all the way trough), so there's probably another side to it.
However, if someone was beating me up, regardless of gender, I'm sure as hell going to hit back.
Indeed, the beating is bad, but I also hate the fact that people that cheat can mostly get away with it unscathed.

Most of the Time victims of infidelity will be so emotionally damaged that they stop functioning, shouldnt infidelity be considered a crime?

ok I'll be serious now. I understand that and I realize that nobody defended her. However I don't think that people are wrong to express their opinion and I think that the people who make those comments make a fair point that we still live in a society that try's to be equal despite the fact that most people would get involved if the gender roles were reversed.
Case in point:
