That's a Girl?: A female character that shows no femininity or any signs of gender so that everyone assumes they are male. Being female is just an interesting tidbit the designers decided to tell you and has no impact on story, gameplay or anything else.
There. Now you can throw in Carmen Sandiego, at least from back in the days when she was stealing things simply for the challenge. Toss in name-not-mentioned from [a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Guardian_Legend"]Guardian Legend[/a] and you got yourself a category there.

This is probably the third time I've stated this on the Escapist, but *points to avatar yet again*

She's probably one of the best new characters (regardless of gender) in video gaming. It's a shame she's only in one game (technically two, as there's a trophy and sticker of her in Brawl), but I suppose that's for the better.

Here's one for you all, what about Tanya from Red Alert 1/2? She is one of the most powerful infantry units in the game (she kicks more male ass with two pistols than her Soviet counterpart Boris) yet she isn't a damsel in distress, homocidal lesbian or 12 year old Japanese school girl (we get the two extremes of 'normality', at one point we see her with an AK-47 while at the end we see her in a fancy dress).

I'd like to see how someone could declare her as sexist, restrictive and politically incorrect.
