Satire? I wouldn't quite go that far. Satire conjures up ideas of some form of wit an sophistication, not a "anthropomorphised female wolf" recreating a rather lame dance from a pop video.

If this qualifies as satire, we may start calling the likes of Vampires Suck and Disaster Movie satire as well. God help us all then.
Would you prefer the term 'parody' then? All I'm saying is they're making fun of it by copying it.

The most impressive thing in that video to me - aside from TotalBiscuit's godly voice - was the new startup screen. Totally awesome. Dance is... well, a pop-culture reference is to be expected, I guess? I wasn't planning on rolling a female worgen anyway.

P-P-P-Pokerface was an irritating meme that was spammed across trade and general chat throughout WotLK. I can only assume this is referencing that, so yeah. Not exactly surprising.

*gasp!* Idea! They make a Chuck Norris reference, in response to Barrens Chat... RIP Barrens Chat. (or perhaps good riddance?)

Depends on your tolerance for people using light-hearted remarks on the internet thousands of miles away from you, who'll never impact on your life in any other way and are probably reasonably intelligent, decent human beings.

Mine is very low, because I am a grumpy bear. Death to all memes(by theinternet definition)!

I think its kinda funny, but then I don't care enough about Lady Gaga to hate everything that resembles her.

I thought the same thing about the female Blood Elf dance. Don't know if it's Britney Spears or not, sure does look like it. I'd rather take the female Blood Elf than the male one. Sjeesh.

The Male Blood Elf dance was a reference to a dance number done by the eponymous character of the film Napoleon Dynamite. Like the movie or not, the dance itself is meant to be ridiculous. Also, it does seem funny for the primping pretty-boys that they are doing something so ridiculous and not 'glamourous'.

O_O That dance was the best thing in the entire movie! Napoleon Dynamite CAN dance!

Correction: SECOND best thing: riding on a horse into the sunset with his lover was awesome, too.

It's not that bad. Don't the male goblins have Crank That by Soulja Boy.

Edit: They should have given the male goblins the Techno Viking dance like someone on youtube suggested.

That would have been funny.
