Drink, watch awful 80s ninja movies, drunkenly sing to non-serious bands (Tenacious D, Insane Clown Posse, Lords of Acid) and have perversion competions with any women I know well enough to get away with it.

1. I make sure there are no people in my vicinity.
2. I conjure up some kind of anger-inducing scenario (anything from wanting to punch a bully, to heroic last stand cliche)
3. Live myself into it.
4. Then I SCREAM MY DAMN LUNGS OUT! AAAAAH!

5. Repeat stage 4 while making sure to not leave stage 3.
6. Once your throat is sore, and/or you've dropped out of stage 3. Calm down, and assess your own stress levels. If you are still stressed, go back to stage 2 (or skip to stage 3 if you still like the current scenario).

Important. Always remember that stage 1 is of the highest priority. This stage overrules all the others. It must not be ignored, lest awkward situations occur.

It works for me. It also helps that I'm good at screaming silently, if that makes sense.

There are a couple of ways that you can blow off steam, some of which I won't get into here, but here are some ideas:

1. Play CS 1.6.
There are only a couple of things that you can be more useless at when under stress.

2. Drink alcohol.
Self-explanatory, really.

3. Watch My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.


In that order.

find a new hobby like knitting! XD

but seriously take a stroll though a craft/hobby store like Michaels or Hobby lobby
you are bound to find something to do
personally I like doing needlework but there are more manly hobbies they sell supply's for like leather/wood working or models

Either way find somewhere quiet or a place no one can hear you or when they are away. Once there are no one near you, let it out (shout or scream etc).

Marathon Scrubs, or some other inferior show that you have misguided yourself into thinking is better than Scrubs. Seriously, I've been dealing with a lot of shit in the last couple of weeks, and it's really helpful just to have an episode of a TV series that cheers you up playing in the background all the time.

You can find all of scrubs on the internet too btw.

Start a mosh pit in your living room. If you have any pets, involve them in said mosh pit and feel free to sing/scream the lyrics to whatever song you choose.

EDIT: I also forgot: bing eating. I'm a stress eater myself especially around finals. Sooooo much pizza and garlic sauce NOM NOMS!

Manual labour. Go do something to the garden. Dig some holes, maybe cut some grass out of the lawn and build a veggie garden. I find that pouring your rage into something constructive helps a lot. Anger gets me moving.
