FFXIII--Ending opinion. NO Spoilers from me

I finally beat XIII today. The game itself, like so many have said, had it's ups and downs, but I mostly enjoyed it. Especially toward the end when my characters were crazy powerful. However, the ending to the game left me going "Wait, that's it?" It felt so empty and lack luster. Maybe VIII's ending just spoiled me, but I wanted a bit more from XIII's ending.

Did anyone else feel the same? Please hide spoilers for those who haven't beat the game yet. Thoughts on what you wanted to happen?

Also, if you're just going to post "FF sucks" or "XIII was horrible" or something like that, please go do it on some other rant forum. That's not what I'm looking for.

I thought the ending was interesting. I don't think it was bad but it would have been nice to see what happens after all that.

I really really hope that Final Fantasy Versus XIII doesn't suffer the same way. Hell, we've been waiting for years. What's a few more at this point? >.<

I must ask what was all that wrong with it. Everything happened what we were hoping happened. This isint X-2 where if you get 100% lol. FF13 is amazing

Stormz summed it up for me I think. I wanted to know what happened after all that. I was glad certain people came back, don't get me wrong, but I wanted something like "A few months later." At the end of VIII we saw that whole party scene during the credits. Something like that would have been nice.
