Polly Esther from Samurai Pizza Cats. Some others of the furry variety are less shameful (like Krystal or Rouge the hooker), but one from a kids show (though in 1 episode she is wearing very little).
Also Blaze the Cat and Renamon.

All female human fictional characters are not really shameful to find sexy (as most are intended to be sexy), but most people have an issue with people who like furries so itis more shameful to admit.

Well it's not just the flat chest. The characters look like small children in every way. So yeah. If someone was dating a girl who looked exactly like an 8-year-old, I'd call them a pedophile. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's what a pedophile is. And the fact that they're animated doesn't matter, because they've been drawn to look like small children. I'm pretty sure finding a picture of a small child attractive is just as pedophilic as finding an actual small child attractive.
