It's spelled Dethklok. And they too are my favorite, because for a fictional band, they've really got some kick ass music, and a great show to boot. Oh, and the show's writer/guitarist/singer is the main voice actor and writer for Home Movies. Win.

I have actually started a fake band. We were called Dayglow Ugly. It worked because me and a buddy of mine have been in bands in the past, so people knew we were musicians. We never wrote music, but we talked up the band and told people what we were supposedly doing. It was pretty fun because we actually had well established bands in the area wanting us to open up for them. It was really fun.

Mine is actually the only real fictional band here, because we were never actually a band in any way. Truly a fictional product.

Interestingly enough people still bring up Dayglow Ugly to this day. For reference, that was over three years ago. I think those people are in need to a shrink. I still don't know why so many people got so interested in our "music." I guess that's what happens when you live in Delaware.
