I'm going to pretend I have a girlfriend for a minute(cue sympathy) and say Samantha Carter from Stargate I know the actress is a real person but the personality of the character is just so awesome not to mention she's hot. Though you probably could have guessed my answer by looking at my avatar which seems to be a running theme in this thread.

Miranda from Mass Effect 2. She is modelled after Yvonne Strahovski, one of the most perfect women in the world. Of course actually winning her over would be hard, but if could...so worth it.
