Hmm, i may get flak for this but Lord of the Rings Two Towers. From a movie standpoint it was better than The Fellowship imo, mostly due to the increased action.

Edit:Im not dissing The Fellowship though it was still an epic film.

I agree with you. The Two Towers is my favorite film in the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Yes.

I'm not saying the second one was good, but at least I didn't have to struggle to stay awake while watching it, which is something that happened with the first one. The second, while not really a sequel in anything but name, was a generic slasher flick.

Basically, it was slightly more enjoyable than the first, and therefore, in my mind, better.

Others: A ton of James Bond films, most of the Harry Potter films, Batman Returns (IMO), Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (Prequels only), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (Arguably, I like the first a bit more), and that's all that comes to mind...

Pretty sure that's the first movie (the girl mouse is named Bianca; the human girl was Penny, and there was an albatross that carried them around, if I remember correctly).
