I don't really have any superhero in mind (other than a full fledged Gambit movie, not just minor role), but I just had to reply. Seriously, 2012, Aztec gods and whatnot? As a mexican national, and very proud of my cultural heritage, I'm starting to get peeved by not only misinterpretations of Mayan calendar numbering systems but also by this bizarre fusing with Aztec culture. Their calendar didn't even go that far.

Y'know, when it comes to deities and, uh, anthropomorphic personifications like Death, gender doesn't really matter too much, no? I mean, the only reason there are men and women among most mammalian species is because they reproduce sexually and having 2 genders is kind of required. also if thor movie works well and is as big a hit as we hope, then i feel they must make a doctor strange movie. i mean hell you could cammeo practically anyone you want in that movie, as as far as the comic book goes i think they have. if you don't like the idea of a wizard fighting satan you need to re-evaluate your life.
