No apologies necessary. I'd actualy regard someone calling me emotionally dead as a compliment, seeing as that's what I'm striving for.
Emotions are pretty useless, after all.
Oh, I don´t know about that, but they can be a real pain in the ass, I´ll grant you that.

The movie that really gets me is "The Professional" it's just so sad in the end T_T.
Luc Besson is really good at that sort of thing...he writes all these action movies and then manages to put in tender scenes.

Anyway, I've never actually cried during a movie, but I've come close...that feeling you get when you're ABOUT to tear up, but no tears actually form.

The list:

Fellowship of the Ring (when Boromir is defending Merry and Pippin)
Return of the King (when Sam is carrying Frodo up Mt. Doom)
Good Will Hunting (when Matt Damon is sobbing in Robin Williams' arms)
Little Miss Sunshine (the older brother's reconciliation scene with Olive)
Rescue Dawn

Boondock Saints, execution of Rocco.

This, and also, you're made of stone if you don't cry near the end of First Blood.
Seeing Rambo brake down emotionally is one hell of a powerful scene, it wasnt something one expected and it really brought some depth into the character.

And yes, that scene does get me teary eyed.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Forrest Gump, and Changeling have come close to making me cry, but that's about it.

(Contains spoilers) Neither makes me actually cry, but both make me very sad;
In "The core", when the back compartment is going to break off, and they're trying to open the door to save him.
and in "Gran torino", then ending made me really sad (Before he got shot) cause you could kinda see it coming, and he went off to do it anyway...

I have to say "Click" made me cry. I'm sure if you've watched it you know the scene. Also "Reign over me", another by Adam Sandler. And don't hate me for watching this but the ending for "Nights in Rodanthe" made me cry like a girl. Not ashamed to admit it.

The Shawshank Redemption. I don't know how many times I've seen it, but every time it's on I have to watch it, and the moment Red is walking up the beach, with the narration going, my eyes water up.
That, and since I saw someone mention TV, I have to say Six Feet Under. It was one of the best shows ever, and it certainly had the best ending of anything ever - was it really upsetting or really uplifting? Who knows, I just know I was bawling like a baby - both times I watched the series through!

Never cried during a movie but The Green Mile where John Coffe gets executed at the end is a really emotional scene.

I've never seen a movie that made me cry but I'm come close to crying when watching TV shows a couple of times. One being the Futurama episode about Fry's lost dog Seymour and the other being the episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer that dealt with her mom's death.

Fellowship of the Ring (Boromir's death)

Return of the King (Gettin' on the boat)

The Time Machine (Remake) - I don't remember why, but it made me wimpery.

I seem to remember some movie called Double Jeopardy making me cry when I was younger, but I don't remember why. (Or what the movie was about. Tommy Lee Jones was in it, I think.)
