I'm one of the many (-apparently) people who sobbed a little in the Lion King, with Mufasa's death (and the fact that Simba refuses to accept it). There was also Kerchak's death in Tarzan, which had me going. There was Phillip's dead from 'Shaun of the Dead', for the same reason that Kerchak's death - a brash and unloving (step-)father finally accepting his kid, on the deathbed.
Spoiler-mania:
Wall-E put me off, but the heartache was negated by the awesomeness of Captain McCrea...
standing up to Also Sprach Zarathustra to fight AUTO (This is awesome when you consider McCrea to be the first man in generations to willingly stand up on his own),
...and EVA...
fixing Wall-E at supersonic speed and blowing his home's ceiling off, because pushing him outside would've taken slightly longer.
Wall-E still makes me cry, and I've watched it eight times now.
Meet the Robinsons. Yeah, that one got me as well, many times, when Lewis realises that...
the friends he had made happen to be his family, and he starts fulfilling his future.
...but also when...
Wilbur gives him a chance to interact with his mother on the day she left him at the orphanage, and he passes up, mere inches from her, simply stating "I already have a family."
Not to mention the foreword from Walt Disney at the end, which ties into the whole "Keep moving forward" motif. (even fading some of the words out until those words remain on screen.
Yeah, MtR was a cry in a can for me.
#Edit:
Pokémon, the Movie (Mew vs Mewtwo) If you did not cry as Pikachu tried in vain to revive Ash, then you are seriously messed up.
The scene WAS sorta narmed when Meowth starts realising the great truth, but it was a pretty touching scene.
#Edit again:
Run, Fat Boy, Run, where the titular character...
finished the marathon on his sprained ankle to prove that he CAN commit to something. The scene is made sort of funny when we remember he's running for sponsorship of the research into testicular cancer.
...or, slightly earlier...
when he smashes the metaphorical 'Wall',...with his head. He see's the part of him who wants to finish the marathon, beckoning him through. The whole marathon scene was sheer awesome.
The only thing stopping me from jumping up and cheering him on was that I would have looked like an idiot by other people in the room. Such inspiration...
#FINAL Edit:

Not a movie, but the Futurama Jerrasic Bark episode made me teary eyed.
Augh. DON'T get me started on Jurassic Bark. Whenever I see the beginning of that one (it features Fry in a leotard and Bender in a tophat trying to make milk vanish), I change the channel. Hell, I'd rather watch Lazy Town than that episode.
Saving Private Ryan - death of Tom Hanks, and the view of the graveyard.
Black Hawk Down - Even though it was such a cliche movie, I always get teary at the senselessness of war.
Independence Day - When the triumph occurs.
Grave of the Fireflies is a given for tears! There are so many other movies and so many different Anime series. But the most recent movie to make me bawl uncontrollably was Seven Pounds with Will Smith, that man can act!
In "Forrest Gump", when Forrest is at Jenny's grave and he is talking about how their son is progressing. Right when he said "I miss you Jenny..."; that did it for me.
Saying this as a copmpletely heterosexual male, I would have to say P.S. I Love You. That movie is just amazing. I like to watch it with my girlfriend.
Zoolander. When you find out he can't turn left, you just can't hold back the tears.
Anyway, I cried with Dancer in the Dark. The only other form of entertainment that has ever made me cry was listening to Sarah Brightman singing the final part of Nessun Dorma (you know, "vincerooooooooooooooooo") in her Live in Las Vegas album.
No apologies necessary. I'd actualy regard someone calling me emotionally dead as a compliment, seeing as that's what I'm striving for.
Emotions are pretty useless, after all.

I am emotionally dead, with one exception.
Anyway, it's unlikely it'll live up to the MASSIVE HYPE, but it is seriously the best TV show I have ever watched, hands down.
I've never played Portal.
I am a bad man. It all depends on how you connect to the characters, though. It's definitely character-driven, instead of strictly story-driven.
Also, Portal is pretty neat, but it's far from the best game on the planet. I went into it expecting it to give me rainbows and cake and another sixteen years added to my lifespan.
Turns out the cake wasn't the only lie.
*Badum tish*
'La Vie En Rose', the ending. So tragic, but so beautiful.
'The Phantom of the Opera', again, the ending. Because I'm a sad girly girl at heart, I guess. XD
'Kill Bill: Vol. 2', when the Bride meets up with Bill, and near the ending when the Bride is curled up and crying in the bathroom.. Scary to see her like that and quite upsetting.
.. I know there's one more, but its name is eluding me. Damnit.
