The only thing I want in Life is this game. Can you guys tell that this is my favorite game of all time, and this remake is like a childhood dream come true (if it doesn't end up blowing ass).

Alright so.... look good but I'm super worried about the combat, FF15 combat is pretty terrible at being anything but a pretty clusterfuck and I think combining the combat of 15 with the system of 7 won't really work. I'm particularly worried about the magic, with FF15 magic wildly varying between completely useless or so overpowered it trivialize any fight. And how will the summon work? I mostly just don't get why they felt like they had to make the combat action, I don't think anyone would say that FF15 has the best combat of any FF game.
I also hope they don't mess to much with Cloud personality, he was a pretty big jerk for most of the game and I know he's kinda being retro actively classified as so some emo quiet guy but he actually talk quite a lot in the original.

I don't even want this anymore. At most all I ever wanted was FF7 with some updated models that don't look like Popeye the Lego Man. Not this.

That's honestly what bugs me more then anything about this. It's one thing to wait years from announcement till release. It's quite another to wait years from announcement till release of EPISODE 1 of X, especially if there's years between episodes.Samtemdo8 said:

So if it is episodic, I'll wait until the whole thing is out.
