Final Fantasy Characters you hate

Almost every Final Fantasy from 6 up to 13 has one or more characters that for some reason or another I hate. Either they annoy me or they look stupid, do nothing to contribute to plot, or weak as sick kitten.
What characters do you never play with (if you have a choice)?

FF4:TE - all of the new characters, because their weak

FF6- Relm, Strago, Gau, Secret guy (I think his name is Gogo or something) Relm's weak but sometimes I use her to heal with rod but I just don't like the other guys.

FF7-Yuffie- can't stand her

FF8- Don't like anyone in this game... except Laguna and his friends.

FF9- Quina- for all reasons listed, I hate characters that talk about not but food, it looks like a demonic chef doll, it's goal in the game is to eat anything and obtain it's useless ability which I have yet to seen work on anything, and I swear it's damage rate is random.

FF10- Wakka, he just annoys me. Tidus does too with his daddy issues

FF10-2: Rikku- she just annoys me in this game, but so does Yuna for going along with this charlies angel rip-off.

FF12: Van- He's unimportant to the over all story, once he and the others rescue Penelo there's no reason for him to even stay in group other than the fact he's bored with running errands for Nu mou friend.

FF13: This is just speculation but I'm probably going to hate kid who uses boomerangs.

He's such a little emo kid, and he didn't have enough personality in my opinion.
I found myself using him as a support character more than anything.

Never played any of the games so I cant say.

But I did play Dissidia, and that one guy in armor with that huge sword(forgot his name) is a pain.

FF7 - Cait Sith, for the reasons that are given above and the fact that he's also a bad guy as well. Yuffie as well. Especially the quest where she steals ALL of your materia and you have to fight a boss without the stuff.

FF8 - Can't think of one of the top of my head, it's been a while since I played it, but I think I would have one if I could remember them.

FF10 - Seymour. Cheap boss fight ahoy. I mean you only fight him at least 4 times.

FF10-2: All of them. I hate the fact that they have gone all Charlies Angels. Paine is the worst though.

Did you not hear Balthier *cough* Han Solo *cough* is the main character. He even says so himself. he has all the connections with the Judges and has all the best lines...

Steiner at the start annoyed me although grew on me later

Vaan because he is useless (and the "Im Captain Bashe from Dalmasca" Ballfest)

Judge Drace because she sounded like Anne Widdecombe!

FF7 Cloud and Vincent came up as very shallow characters to me.
FF8 Zell- Annoying as hell. Fujin & Rajin for the lame swearing in the dialogue.
FF9 Zidane, he' had potential, but he's a monkey. (Quina rocks btw)
FF10 Tidus(Obvious) and Jecht, but im guessing i wouldnt hate him so much if it werent for the horrible dialougue.
FF12 Fran, goddamnit. and Penelo, and Vaan

My second reaction was 'Hrm...'

if the Kraken casts dark though, your fancypants warrior and ninja\blackbelt will be out in the cold for the rest of the fight. And he becomes pretty badass once you give him the masamune and holy.

The laughing scene is supposed to be awkward and crap though. It's awkward and crap in Japanese as well.

Im gonna be cheap and do this the troll way: All of them.

No but seriously, i've tried them all and none of them have caught my attention for long enough for me to actually enjoy them, though that might be because i strongly dislike anything anime or the likeness of anime, i think they look stupid, but that's only a personal opinion.

May I point to the abilities known as 1,000 Needles, Mighty Guard, and White Wind? All of those abilities are great (until later, then 1,000 Needles gets thrown out). I might also point out the Spirit stat in FFIX. That regulates all damage (either dealt or inflicted), and Quina has an inherently low Spirit, which leads to more damage range.

As for Vaan, well, you've got me there, except that Migelo is a Bangaa, not a Nu Mou.
