I definitely dont doubt that it loses charge quicker than a ps3 controller, i was only commenting on the "design flaw" that you said.

Ah, my mistake. Still it's weird at how fast it loses it charge really. I'd love to get the battery extender or replacement, but the only ones available in the States are the Nyko ones and I want the official Nintendo brand ones just in case.
