Yorkshire? I'm up in Scarborough doing my uni degree at the Hull campus there.Sneeze said:Sheffield, England. Proper Yorkshire lad, like.
I battle my way through tourists and oblivious residents in the town center on a daily basis. There's only so much being persistently barged/rammed by elbows, bags and children I can stand before I get fed up. (At least I know of some sneaky, less-travelled routes. One of the perks of being a resident, I suppose. ^_^)BrokenBoySoldier said:Dude how can you say that? Bath's awesome!
I didn't know about that group, will have to check it out. When I was on holiday in paris I saw a guy with an LRR shirt in the Louvre, was too stunned to say anything. It was the goddamn Louvre after all.thenumberthirteen said:I've actually found a few Escapist members near me thanks to the Escapism UK group. I also saw a guy wearing a Zero Punctuation shirt on a train once. Never did talk to him though![]()

I'd be willing to bet my parents house on there not being anyone else here from Kristianstad.
Close enough?
You'd best be joking! Also, I live next to the hockey arena in case you're interested.NuclearPenguin said:Hey! I win a house! When can I come collect it?Sunrider84 said:Kristianstad, Sweden.

Ah I guess ive learnt to avoid the town when its busy, and yeah its steep but a Schwartz Bros and a pint at the Bell is a heady, heady pleasure.Innocence said:I battle my way through tourists and oblivious residents in the town center on a daily basis. I've also noticed that Bath charges a lot more than other towns/cities, which I figure has something to do with the tourists as well.
Stupid town, being popular. ;~;

I don't drink at the Bell too often. I'm not entirely sure why, I guess my friends just prefer Wetherspoons. (I'd be more inclined to like the place if it wasn't always swarming with people on the nights my friends choose to go out..)BrokenBoySoldier said:Ah I guess ive learnt to avoid the town when its busy, and yeah its steep but a Schwartz Bros and a pint at the Bell is a heady, heady pleasure.
Not too mention Discord-those buckets have been my undoing on many occasions.
I'm in Sheffield! Not a local like yourself though, I'm at Hallam uni.Sneeze said:Sheffield, England. Proper Yorkshire lad, like.

Glad to know I'm not the only guy stuck in Georgia.
I almost went to Georgia State! Actually, I go to the other GSU... if you haven't heard, our two schools are constantly fighting over that acronymsummerof2010 said:Just changed my major to Physics with a focus in Astronomy! Studying at Georgia State University.
