Dude how can you say that? Bath's awesome!
I battle my way through tourists and oblivious residents in the town center on a daily basis. There's only so much being persistently barged/rammed by elbows, bags and children I can stand before I get fed up. (At least I know of some sneaky, less-travelled routes. One of the perks of being a resident, I suppose. ^_^)

I've also noticed that Bath charges a lot more than other towns/cities, which I figure has something to do with the tourists as well.

Stupid town, being popular. ;~;

I've actually found a few Escapist members near me thanks to the Escapism UK group. I also saw a guy wearing a Zero Punctuation shirt on a train once. Never did talk to him though :(
I didn't know about that group, will have to check it out. When I was on holiday in paris I saw a guy with an LRR shirt in the Louvre, was too stunned to say anything. It was the goddamn Louvre after all.

You know what? If there isn't a UK Escapist thread up right now that's current I'm going to start one.

Also sorry if this is a double post.

Kristianstad, Sweden.

I'd be willing to bet my parents house on there not being anyone else here from Kristianstad.
Well, for eleven years I lived in KRISTINEstad, on the other side of the baltic sea.. .

Close enough?
Close, but no cigar!

Hey! I win a house! When can I come collect it?
You'd best be joking! Also, I live next to the hockey arena in case you're interested.

Ah I guess ive learnt to avoid the town when its busy, and yeah its steep but a Schwartz Bros and a pint at the Bell is a heady, heady pleasure.

Not too mention Discord-those buckets have been my undoing on many occasions.

After 20 pages of looking, I'm saddened to find out I'm the only member of the Escapist from St. Louis, MO...well, that's posted on this thread anyways.

I live in Woodmere, Ohio, but I say Cleveland since it's easier, people know where it is, and I'm downtown 5 days a week and live close enough to the rapids and have a free pass to get downtown that I'm pretty much downtown

I don't drink at the Bell too often. I'm not entirely sure why, I guess my friends just prefer Wetherspoons. (I'd be more inclined to like the place if it wasn't always swarming with people on the nights my friends choose to go out..)

As for Discord.. I used to believe Discord buckets were a godsend, then I realized that their two Jagerbombs for £3 deal actually works out cheaper, and with me more drunk. Consequently, I don't remember many Discord nights I've attended. What I know is based on what other people tell me. xP

Got a college friend currently attending a university down that direction. He came in from Fitzgerald, this reminds me that I haven't bothered to call him in awhile Dx

Glad to know I'm not the only guy stuck in Georgia.
Stuck is a good way of putting it.

I almost went to Georgia State! Actually, I go to the other GSU... if you haven't heard, our two schools are constantly fighting over that acronym :p
