I'm thinking we need a West Coast US Escapism at the next PAX. I really need to get back to one anyway. It's been a couple of years since I made it out. Through I did ditch on the last meeting Escapist users wanted to organize there. It was only going to be about five guys all a bit younger then me.

I've actually found a few Escapist members near me thanks to the Escapism UK group. I also saw a guy wearing a Zero Punctuation shirt on a train once. Never did talk to him though :(
how does the escapist uk group work?
Well it centres around a big weekend away (in Cornwall this year) where a bunch of us get together and have fun. There are also smaller get-togethers (I hosted a Halloween party last year) and we all have a nice chat in the group chat page. Look for it in the User Group section.

I am from Regina, SK, Canada. Not far from the cats in Alberta, I suppose. Or at least not far in terms of Canada. This country is crazy spread out.

Port Clinton, Ohio. It is pretty goddamn boring.
Think that's boring? Try living in Norwalk. About 45 minutes away from you!
I was just in Norwalk yesterday visiting a buddy of mine!
maybe he is the buddy you are talking about:))))
That would blow my mind. But unless he lied about his age on his profile (which I had to stalk for a second), its not.

what do you enjoy reading?..haven`t had a good book in a while..this could be a good thread:))
Haha, I meant I enjoy reading the threads on here, but I post very little. As for the last book I read I think it was Digital Fortress by Dan Brown. Enjoyable read but it did make me a bit paranoid! Although that may have been something to do with the fact that I read it in three days while on a pretty extreme caffeine bender...

Yourself?
