I'm going with a game, not a movie.
Baroque is the name of the game and I hated it, stopped playing after 8 hours, but the thing I actually can say about which is good is that the maze actually is a maze that makes you feel lost, at least for a big part of the game.

Saints Row the Third had the VTOL which I found very fun to play around and was very useful for getting around the city quickly.

The visuals and sound effects in most Shayamalan movies are great (the acting and screenplays, not so much).

Resident Evil 5, most of the game looked really nice,, and I enjoyed the early sections where the situations were very tense, similar to early parts of Resident Evil 4. Then it just goes downhill in just about every way possible, I really just don't like that game at all.

The Last Airbender - The water kingdom itself was quite pretty, and it had that 1 big water attack from the trailer that looked cool. Doesn't make up for the fact that the movie was awful but least it's something.

Transformers 2 - Had that 1 great fight scene with Optimus midway through the movie. That pulled the movie out of the crap pit for a bit but after it was over the movie tried it's hardest to get back in there again.

Spiderman 3 - The Venom suit's cgi effects were pretty cool. It's effect on the rest of the movie however, not so much.

Hmmm...does that bit in Transformers 2 where Isabel Lucas tries to kill Shia LeBouf with a spiky tail count?

Cause, there are times when I wish I had a spiky tail to kill Shia Lebouf with.

I rather enjoyed the scene in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull where he falls back through the windshield of the truck and sheepishly explains his presence there to the pursuing enemies. Pity about just about everything else.

Morrowind had some very well thought-out story lines. They didn't seem like someone was checking boxes on what needs to be included in a story and were actually trying to create a nuanced world.

And although I'm not sure if I still classify it as a bad game as I'm replaying it, but Dragon Age: Origins has companions I actually give a shit about and want to bring along. I'm appreciating Alistair much more than I did my first play through.

I just committed double RPG heresy, didn't I?

Dear Esther had some fantastic visuals and amazing soundtrack. It would have probably made a very compelling short film or short story, but I don't think it used the interactivity inherent to video games effectively, if at all.

I think The Village has some of the best music I've ever heard in a film.

I should admit that I actually really like this film even though popular opinion would seem to indicate that I'm the minority there but while I do concede that that can be attributed purely to my own personal opinion this one point I feel is beyond dispute.

It made me laugh at the end I guess

Duke Nukem Forever, well now we know if a franchise has been on life support for many, many years, its probably be better just to pull the plug then to make a terrible sequal that preforms with no heart and no soul

So...much...Shyamalan. Here's some more: Lady in the Water, taking place as it did in an apartment complex, had a pretty decent mix of residents; different ages and ethnic backgrounds, without any of the characters being defined by their race or their age, etc.

Castlevania: Lament of Innocence had really fun, engaging combat and some neat mechanics that were fairly ahead of their time. So much so that if they'd have just cut half the endless running out of the game and hired a little voice acting direction, it might have been a genuinely good game.

Megaman X6 was a good show of how ball-crushingly difficult the series could be, for those that didn't like how easy it was.

Okami - I really liked the final boss fight: the music, the tension and the variety all made it worth slogging through 15 hours of an otherwise mediocre game (in my opinion).

M: Tim Burtons Alice In Wonderland is probably the most horrid movie I had to sit through in the cinema, though I have to admit the design of the card soldiers and the dragon was pretty badass.

G: Shadow the Hedgehog has two awesome stage concepts and are really fun to play (except one mission on Mad Matrix), Digital Circuit and Mad Matrix. Reminds me of Tron, and the music for those stages are really good too. Go check 'em out you slobs.

M: Django Unchained really got me into a good vibe at the beginning with the main theme, unfortunately that was chiseled away rather quickly.

G: Halo Wars still amazes me just existing because it's an RTS! How often to other franchise genre's suddenly go real time strategy? I wish this happened more often.

M: Dynamite Warriors english dub becomes hilarious after 10 minutes or so, and the 'power' they talk about at the beginning will catch you off guard.

I like the Village.

I'm not sure why so many people hate it, I seem to recall it getting mediocre reviews when it originally came out.
I guess a lot of people felt disappointed with the twist, and I agree it wasn't much of a twist, but that wasn't the point.
