Finding a musical score for Bugsy Malone

I'm doing the sound-board (jointly) for a production for my Drama class, and I'm struggling to find good enough music for the first Act of 'Bugsy Malone'. I've got to find:

Bolded ones are those I have no idea for.

'Hood's music' - (something upbeat and mischevious?)
'Detective Music' - (something Film Noir-ey? A bit darker and edgy)
'Chinese Laundry Sound-Effects' - (Don't ask, I'll just record my washing machine for a few minutes...)
'Classical Music' - (soft and relaxing, to be played in a gang boss' house, I've got a few songs lined up so far, but nothing concrete)
'Dramatic Music' - (shifty/shady music, to accompany someone giving up their friends to a rival gang)
'End of Act music' - (Just some generic '20's music, I'm probably going for 'Ain't Misbehavin'' by Fats Waller)

I'm really struggling with this, so any recommendations you can give me (preferably ones which I can find to download) would be greatly appreciated.

Might be worth checking the soundtracks for films like Double Indemnity http://youtu.be/t4QlUh-axEE (for full on noir style music) or old Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Nina Simon and Ella Fitzgerald tracks. Anything from that era should have the type of sounds you're after.

Totally support your choice of Ain't Misbehavin, cracking track.

I remember doing Bugsy Malone many years back in school - good luck with it!
