Which game has the friendliest community? I would say Ghost recon advanced war fighter 2, it's got a friendly community that will teach you how to play, if you're a noob

They are? I keep getting yelled at on TF2 for not having fifty million kills and no deaths. I'd say Starcraft, most of the people are willing to give tips if you ask at least in my experience.

I have to disagree. As a female, I cannot enter a server without being bombarded by the same typical questions and chides.

OMG UR A GURL?
DO YOU HAVE BOOBS?
DO YOU LIVE IN NEW YORK?
HOW OFTEN DO YOU WASH YOUR VAGINA?
YOU SOUND LIKE A 13 YEAR OLD BOY
CAN I SEE PICS OF YOUR BOOBS I THINK UR A GUY

The Final Fantasy XI community was very obliging to me, though.

The best I ever saw was in Roma Victor.

That game only survived because of the community, it is really impossible to express how close we were in that game.

Uncharted 2s community was pretty cool. Nobody took it that serious and just had a laugh.

The early L4D community was also really good, now though you just get bored kids who will shoot team-mates for no apparent reason.

The Demon's Souls community was pretty friendly, everyone I played with was super helpful in both combat and advice and with advice against some of the more difficult bosses.

Halo community of course..........Couldn't keep a straight face there. Not every on Bungie.net is bad its just that the people who hate it are always on it and those who like it are playing it or something else. The best community is probably the TF2 community.

Yeah...those are some nice people. They don't hold back, though. You will get your ass kicked by friendly people.

First game I ever played online was Freelancer. Guys were really great at helping out new people that were just starting to get up into the higher credit range and figure out what ships were good, what equipment loadouts were good, and getting them into a clan for PvP etc. Really great fun. Even had some cross-server PvP that turned out really fun, made both servers more active and created a lot of new friends.

Made me sad to watch Freelancer die :(

As far as MMO's go, SWG was pretty laid back. You had a couple bad apples, but that's to be expected with a few thousand people playing together. Overall it was a great community.

The minecraft server community can ,and I stress can, be really welcoming.
This varies from server to server. The server I'm playing on at the moment the people are all very friendly and helpful and you can have a lot of fun.
But if you don't find the right server it can suck e.g. being constantly griefed.

TF2 on some servers.. Starcraft 2 isn't bad either. Personally I'd say that Minecraft is as friendly as it gets, yea there's a few dirtbags every now and then but most servers are well regulated with people who just want to build things.

Haven't found many good shooters, but as far as MMO's Lord of the Rings Online had an amazing community, never had an issue. That was before it went free to play though, ugh.

Castlevania HD. Most people I've seen that are starting off get all kinds of help, even offers to go through all the stages.

I've also met a lot of friendly people on Final Fantasy XI as well.

I dunno Guild Wars can be alright but the DoW2 community is about as lively as a morgue hardly anyone talks while you wait for games to set up. I almost played 100 hours of multiplayer before someone at least said hi.

Most fighting game communities are pretty civil. You get the occasional douche, as with anything online, but for the most part it's friendly.

On a whole though there really aren't many gaming communities on the internet that are even tolerable, much less friendly.

Call of Duty: Black Ops has the best online community. People on mic are always civilized and respectful, mainly using communication to formulate strategies with their team mates.

Happy opposite day!!!!!
