It's sad how many deaths are caused by sheer stupidity, and that no matter how many people die, stuff like this still happens. Incredible.

And I think it wasn't on feed dump because this probably happened after they taped the episode. Also, I think they prefer to avoid gruesome stuff like this. Apart from the stupidity of it all, there isn't really anything funny about it, or anything you can make fun of without sounding like an unoriginal douchebag.

Thats sad. While undoubtedly people will say things like "Darwin award recipient" it is very very sad thing. We have all done stupid things that could have gotten us killed. This guy just was one of the few who sadly did die.

Wait a minute, Fargo, North Dakota? Can we get a better source on this specific incident? While deaths from fireworks happen every year, I can't help but think this whole thing isn't a joke based on the movie Fargo, which played a lot of gruesome deaths for comedy.

Interesting isn't exactly the word I'd use. I've had some nasty firework accidents too, which is why I don't use them any longer. Artillery shells in particular are my least favorite. It seems that sometimes, the tube isn't thick enough to hold the shell. I've been hit with one, and it sucked. Felt like a cat of nine tails over my back, and it was on fire.

Still, if you google the topic, there are a few reputable sites that say the same thing.
