My first game that was completely mine was Shrek Swamp Cart Racing for the GBA. For my tenth (ninth?) birthday.

It was a shit game (and a blatant rip-off of Mario Kart) but I still enjoyed it.

I shared a Playstation, Sega Megadrive and a N64 with my brother. Sonic the Hedgehog, Rayman, Abe's Oddysee, Mario Kart. Good times.

I think the first game I played was a Kellogs PC game that our friends got with their cereal. Even that I was shit at. (To be fair, I must have been around 5 years old...).

My first was on my fathers Commodore64 and his work computers running Unix had a game called Larn that was the shizzle back in the day. After that it was the Rogue-like games Hack and Angband.

First console game was LoZ: The Ocarina of Time.

I only beat it when I like 12 and I had it for Gameboy Color. It still took me forever but I was unrelenting!
