First Fallout: New Vegas DLC Exclusive to 360

Now im happy that I would be getting this, but I cant help but feel that it is a pitty gesture towards us G.E.C.K-less console players. I dont want your pity, just the game.
So many people spitting the dummy in this topic. You would think their house had just been demolished. It's just a piece of unannounced New Vegas DLC. Something you should really be caring about as much as some currently nonexistent New Vegas mods on the PC.
But really, I'm a little tired of companies announcing stuff related to DLC before the actual game is even released. Is this kind of flimsy announcement meant to get us excited?

Don't let this determine which system you choose to buy the game for because the DLC won't be exclusive to the xbox for long. This will be a repeat of what happened with Fallout 3 DLC.

OT: That sucks, though I usually don't buy much DLC packs now that I think about it. I'll most likely get it on the PS3 for trophies and my paranoid nature of downloading crap on my brand-new-something-always-on-the-fritz computer, but maybe I'll get another copy on the PC during the inevitable STEAM Holiday sale for mods if I'm brave enough.

I was thinking today, should I get this game for Xbox or PS3, After playing F3 on the PS3 and it freezing on me and frame rate issues with the DLC only, I was leaning towards xbox. Now that I know that again DLC will come to the xbox first, I guess my hand is somewhat forced. Not to mention my PS3 is pretty hard drive space limited atm.
I used to care about this sort of thing when I only had a PS3, but now that I have both, I could care less. It is slightly annoying because on my tv I do notice a difference in picture quality between the two systems.. cough cough PS3 is better in my opinion cough cough but I dont not want to start a flame war.
