An Episode I podracing game at my friends when I was around 7. I only played it for about 5 minutes, but my parents had told me video games were evil and I felt really guilty after.

And now look at me. It clearly warped my young mind so much I post on a gaming website and play 9-10 hours a week.

First console game was either, Mortal Kombat or Killer iInstinct i was about 5, all i can remember were the graphics and playing as a teleporting skeleon guy on a weird bridge.

But on computer, excluding edutainment games, one of the 2D Duke Nukem as early as age 3, beat it for sure age 4.

Hm, dang, I've played so many, I don't know for sure.

I'm pretty sure it was Hexen when I was about oh... 6? After that, I think I started playing the N64 games starting with Mario Kart 64.

BTW, honorable mention of Bug Bunny and Taz: Time Busters, and Raptor: Call of the Shadows.

TMNT on the NES, followed by Super Mario/Duck Hunt.

Length of time playing? Far too long, I actually beat the dam level on TMNT, those who played it can appreciate how many hours of practice a 4 year old would have had to have put into in order to complete it.

Rugrats: Search for Reptar for PS1. That game was freaking awesome.

Holy shit, the last level in that game? FUCKING EPIC. Stomping everyone's shit as Reptar was so cool that I just finished the game to get to that level, then I saved and every time I wanted to play it I'd just load it up. It's really what geared me up for War of the Monsters on PS2.

OT: The first game I remember playing is probably either Spyro 1 on PS1 or Super Mario Bros. on gameboy.
