I screamed and paused the game before I asked my dad to help me by pushing the health potion keys for me

Even back then I had the sense to pause the game before leaving it

It was either the classic Duck Hunt, or Tarzan on the PS1. I can't remember which came first, but I know that I used to play Duck Hunt whenever I visited that aunt's house. We still pull it out once in a while when we have family gatherings. But Tarzan was my first game on a home console, and I don't think I ever beat it. We never had a memory card, so I didn't finish any of my games as a kid. Probably for the best, though: they never got boring for me.

I'm pretty sure that was my first game ever as well.
I feel kind of heartless that I lost the game with my original save on it and don't care in the slightest.

No One Can Stop Mr. Domino for PS1. Still play it to this day.

Still haven't beaten it. That last level is hard, man!

Okay well there were games before that, like I'm pretty sure the first game I played was After Burner or something but Mr. Domino was the first game I clearly remember playing.
