I think it was Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past on the SNES. Or possibly Chase HQ on my Gameboy, but that game is so piss-easy and short that I don't count it.

I think it was Tomba 2 for the Psone. Ahhh, that game was great.
Do you mean Tomba 1? Tomba 2 was for the ps2.

My first game completion was Super Mario Bros followed up by the Legend of Zelda.

I'm pretty sure It was Wolfenstein 3d when I was like 4 years old (on easy and second easiest)

Also I remember beating Dune 2 when I was 5-6 with Atreides and Harkonenn. Also got to the last level with Ordos.

...Yeah, I'm pretty sure I was a lot better gamer when I was too young to actually understand the language they were in haha.

God there are some younglings here. Mine was Geurila War for the NES. It was about fighting the drug cartel in South America, and was one of the few co-op games that was not an arcade game. It had a generating lives system based on your score and points at the end of each level. So the better you played the more lives you wre rewarded. This was before such things as unlimited continues and save points. You got a Game Over you were totally done.

Space Invaders c. 1980. Then it was Donkey Kong and then Donkey Kong Jr. and I haven't touched Mario since.

Super Mario World for myself. And that took me about a year... I was bad when I got my SNES.
