Mortal Kombat when i was 3
Good wholesome fun for a 3-year-old. Are you a serial killer yet?

The first game I can remember playing was some track and field game on the NES, using that pressure pad. That, and Duck Hunt with the gun. Fun times. It's hilarious that 20 years later Nintendo re-packages those ideas (motion sensing, pointing at the screen) into the Wii, and everyone thinks it's revolutionary.

DOOM on the PC
I played it with my dad when I was five, I would sit on his lap and move the dude, he would shoot and look around.
We even had a joystick which was really awsome.
Ah, the good ol' days...

The first game I owned and played was Starfox/Starwing on the SNES, but I think the first game I ever played was Kurushi/Intelligent Cube on my Sister's Playstation.

This may seem childish, but the first Game I ever played on my own was BIONICLE: THE GAME. I was a big Bionicle freak back them (still am) and it gave me a taste of gaming, and I wanted more.
