So the german youtube channel gametube just released a look into hatred after they received a review code. Their no fans.
So as a translation of what is said about the game:
- Terrain Desctruction and Art Style looks kinda neat.
- Controls are wonky and don't work well
- The Game is too easy (You can heal through executions of incapacitated enemies and it's easy to find lonely enemies to incapacitate)
- The game is repetetive and doesn't offer much. It basically goes through several levels were you have to "clean" several subsections of these levels. Mostly just a "Kill x to proceed" as far as i understood it.
Edit: They concluded by saying that it may have some appeal because of the taboo-breaking and the controversy around it but they doubt anyone's going to look back at this game and say that it was worth the purchase.
To be honest: I am not surprised.
