First of all, this was the second inception style dream (dream within a dream) that I had this night. The first one freaked me out so bad i went to my living room and wachted some tv. My head was killing me so after a little while i decided to go back to bed. The headache woke me up again, and this time i heard some muffled voices, so i decided to check that out. Walking back to my liviing room i noticed that none of the lights wold turn on, neither would the tv. Quickly walked back to my bedroom to get my phone to turn on the flashlight, but it's a new touchphone and i wasn't able to turn it on

I got my older phone and i went outside my front door because I saw a light flicker in the stairwell (i live in the apartment). as i toyed around with the phone to turn on the flashlight, something down the stairwell caught my attention

this massive thing just sitting there two flights of stairs down, and with each new flicker of the light it looked up more to face me. i was petrifried and the only thing i could do was scream, which I did, and my own scream woke me up

;_; i am legitimately scared to go back to sleep again and i can't believe how fucking real everything felt, especially the waking up in your dream part :(

and still i need to get back to sleep, it's 6 am and my head STILL hurts. would be nice if someone shared their experience, or SOMETHING, just to get my mind of things

Honestly, I'd like to hear a description of the "massive thing" but I can understand if you don't wish to remember that.

Once I woke up and couldn't move, felt something on my side pushing me into the bed, and heard this ominous growl right behind me. I still don't know if I was awake or asleep but it was really scary. My roommate didn't hear anything, So I chalked it up to sleep paralysis and nightmares.

Have you taken any painkillers for the headaches? I tend to have headaches right before or after extremely vivid dreams. Sometimes it helps to take some Tylenol or Ibuprofin, and rather then going to watch T.V, I find some relaxing music.

Hope this helps

yes thanks for replying ^_^

i took some paracetamol but ill switch over to ibuprofen now because the first one doesn't seem to be helping

the thing actually looked a bit like "the thing" from the fantastic four, only this one was reddish brown and i couldn't make out its face because it was all distorted

it wasn't actually how it looked like which freaked me, but the fact that there was an entity i couldn't recoqnize, nothing i could do against

edit; this headache is besting me, im going back to bed :(

happy thoughts...happy thoughts ^_^;
