I was playing the campaign on company of heroes, it was a mission where you have a set time to biuld defences then the germans would attack coming from 3 bridges, you had to hold out for about 15 minutes I think. Anyway about halfway through the germans bombed the biuldings I was tasked to defend.
In the process nearly all my men were killed, I hastly erected sandbags at the fall back point and dragged the remainder of my men back there. By now there were a few minutes left till reinforcements arrived, with a single horwitser and two sqauds of riflemen I held back waves of german infantry and tanks, and just when my final soldier was about to fall reinforcements arrived.
edit: was it meant to be a first person game? not that I'm that bothered but just wanting to know.
Now I don't know if this was the games programming to make that experience or it was just self created, but I remember it fondly.
