I open tabs with GT, Facebook, The Escapist, and XKCD (depending on the day of the week).

Thunderbird, check offline IMs for AIM/MSN/Steam, Open chrome and open Facebook, Escapist, MMO-Champion. Usually then close Facebook if I have no notifications(which is most of the time because I barely use it), depending on the day I'll watch Extra Credits/Zero Punctuation/Escape to the Movies, otherwise I'll check for any interesting news posts or popular forum threads(or if I've been quoted ). Then usually close that, depending on the day I'll either go to class or open /v/ and fire up a video game(mostly WoW at the moment).

Then I return and start posting in the forums quite a bit. Forum Games and RP are now one of the forums I frequent the most.
