I know I'm really late to the party but I'm curious, for those of us who played Fallout: New Vegas; Honest Hearts, when you looked at the canyon wall paintings, did you see...

Right in the middle. RIGHT THERE! Not the most perfect artists description but whenever I saw that painting I got the willies. Anyone else?

Who is Slenderman? I haven't finished playing the first two games (and just breezed through Fallout 3's main story because...I hated that game) so I didn't notice/missed the reference.

It's an internet horror meme... thing. I can't really explain it that well, but look it up.

Slendy is nothing (directly) to do with the Fallout universe... Indirectly, he's got his tentacles in everything. And now you know him, he knows you.

He will come for you... He may already be coming for you
Once he finds you, you will never escape
He will erode your sanity
Destroy your mind
Hunt your loved ones
And ultimately... consume you...one way or another

And, y'know, generally mess up your day

Basically, think of a bald guy in a suit. Take away his face, apart from (in some stories) the mouth, then stretch him so he is just that bit too tall and thin to look human

Then, when he's in the mood, add tentacles, lose mind

It's not Slenderman, but the Randall Clark or known as the Father in Caves by the Sorrows. It did scare the crap out of me when I noticed it during exploring at night.
