For me, it is Chicken Liver Pate.
I love it, especially with a Mayonnaise/Egg sauce and rice.
(Now that I describe it, it sounds disgusting, but it is so damn delicious.)

Grapefruit.

I don't know why, but no one I know outside of my family likes grapefruit. Myself on the other hand, I am an absolute grapefruit fiend. Got about 4 litres of grapefruit juice in my little fridge here...

Long live grapefruit!

There's something wrong with that lemon.

Oh that's easy as a chef, I eat a lot of things that people tend to hate.

Foie Gras is probably the biggest one.

Foie gras is very tasty, but I think the majority object to it because of how it is produced, rather than the taste. Same with veal, which is also tasty.

Veal I understand, but I don't actually know how Foie Gras is made, besides the fact that it is Liver and full of fat.

Typically, a goose (or duck) is force fed. It's just cruel, really. Tasty tasty cruelty. I think we (the UK) actually have laws prohibiting or at least controlling the production of foie gras. France, however, well, you can't tell them how to make their own delicacies.

Can't say I ever knew that. It doesn't make me feel any worse, but that's a good fact to know.

I like eating lemons with a lot of salt. In addition I prefer my hamburgers just to be meat and bun which many people don't understand as they love toppings slopped on. Also one of my favorite dishes is a spicy Asian soup that has octopus tentacles which I affectionately refer to as Hentai Soup.

I like eating limes and lemons. There is little citrus I object to eating, as sour foods don't really borrow me as long as their otherwise fairly tame. That and a high spice tolerance are the only weird things about my taste in food.

That is gold, do you the actual name of this "hentai soup"? I'm intrigued.

Uhmm, I like weird food I guess. Octopus, eel, caviar and the like. Also I don't understand why people think Durian smells. I think it's normal smelling and that it tastes awesome...

Pizza, and I've no idea why everyone else hates it so much...

Nah for real though? it appears you have to have been exposed to it from birth to enjoy Vegemite.

Well I was the only one in the family who specifically ask for this Chinese side order in a Chinese resturant (they used to order it). I don't know the actual name but it like a potatoes fried and shape into a square shape and there are meat and other things inside it.
These days they order it when one of those waiter with the tolley come by just for me to eat it (well they eat it aswell but I take the most portion which they don't mind).

For me...it would have to be lutefisk. Tried it for the first time during the Christmas season...and loved it!

(Bonus points for figuring out which state I live in.)

Black pudding.

For some reason people don't like the idea of fried pigs blood and offal.

Raw mushrooms.

And Vegemite (little hint to non-Australians; it's not peanut butter or jam, don't let your first try be a spoonful. Have on toast with lots of butter).

I loves me some BBQ-Eel, especially in the form of Unadon:

Another thing I love (that went really well with the above actually, the last time I ordered them together) is Takoyaki which is a sort of fried dumpling with octopus arm/tentacle within and topped with bonito flakes, mayo and, sometimes other things:
