Dunno if it was the raw fish or the train journey home but the bathroom was plastered afterwards.
Was likely not prepared very well but I can't vouch, I just found the seaweed repulsive when I had it.

OT: Milk, I really shouldn't have dairy products at all. Allergic to them and such. Have a potent immune system and can have some as a result, like maybe 2 coffees and enough for cereal in a day, but after that it upsets my stomach or causes headaches and such.

Edit: Oh, and if that pesky penicillin mold grows on something and I don't realise, that's a week of vomiting and a liquid only diet for me right there.

Anything overly spicy. And by overly spicy I mean, anything remotely spicy. I'm not a fan of anything spicy, though my girlfriend thinks she can change that.

She made me try Wasabi covered almonds. I'm not a fan of nuts or spicy foods. They weren't bad, but they were too spicy for me to eat normally. She got a good laugh out of it though.

At least it wasn't like the hot wings I tried a few weeks ago. My mouth burnt the rest of the night because of those.

Or:

21st B-Day
Drink about 3 times the amount you're used to drinking
Taco Bell Binge.
Wait 4 hours
Hold up in the bathroom the rest of the night.
So far as the spicy stuff goes you should consider having some milk with it or something, the fatty acids in milk counteract the chemicals that create the burning sensation, so a glass of milk or a yoghurt dip with chips or something would help. It helps me, though I'd rather stuff just wasn't too hot in the first place I can take a bit of heat.

It was from one of those YoSushi resutrants so I don't think the preparation was the issue.

I once had way to many nerds, and shortly after, possibly due to the nerds, I got this extremely weird constipation for like a month, and it made eating completely unpleasant for the period of time, and I was perpetually unwell, especially when eating. I still don't know if it was caused by the nerds, but I now associate nerds with nausea and sickness, just like avocado, and can no longer eat nerds.

I've never been to anything called that but iirc you're from the UK and I've worked with related industries (delivering the workware to restaraunts and hotels and such) and I can tell you that while the preparation may be no issue, hygeine could be an enormous one, even the nicest and fanciest restaraunts can have truly vile kitchens and one chef not washing his hands can be a nasty bit of poisoning.

Edit: Also, not washing utensils and cross contamination and such can be a big issue if they prepare certain other foodstuffs. Rice itself can also be a potent carrier of salmonella and such too, so if they reheated the rice (more common a practice than you'd think) that could do it.

Never ever mix milk and water, it feels like a gang fight in your stomach. I hate the smell of boiled eggs once on a car trip I was hungry and the only thing we had was boiled eggs I ate three and then stopped. While everyone else was chomping them down I was concentrating on holding onto my stomach and leaning desperately out the car window just to escape that horrible smell.

The first two times I had sushi I was so bothered by the texture that I had to restrain myself from vomiting. The third time I was okay, and ever since I get cravings if I go a long time without having any.

Every single time I eat McDonalds my entire body rages at me for hours afterward. It turns my stomach and makes me feel like I've been hit by a car. And yet I continue to go back there to eat. What the hell is wrong with me?
I honestly think there is something addictive in McDonald's food. I never miss their food, and actually think of it as a little disgusting. Then for some reason I'll eat there one day (maybe I'm on a road trip, maybe it's the only thing handy, maybe I'm with a friend who wants to eat there, whatever) and like clockwork the next week I'll get a craving. McDonald's is the only fast food that makes me react this way.
That's the thing, few people over the age of 12 actually want maccas, it is like a fix, it is kind of scary.

I forgot how the were prepared but the last time I had scrambled eggs i was belching the entire day and every single burp tasted just like eggs.

And before that my grandmother made me eat scrambled eggs and blue kool aid before school after I had stayed the night. I left a rather large blue stain at school after I threw it up.

Tried one of those rustlers microwave burgers once at uni since a friend raved about them, not only was it disappointing, made my stomach cramp, 10 mins later I found myself in the loo and it really really wasn't nice, never again!

Once and only once did I prepare and consume what I'd call the death steak. This consisted of ~1/2lbs. of shaved ribeye steak cooked with some onions and then when it's nearly done having some American "cheese" tossed in to get all yummy and melty. So far so good. We've got a pretty good cheese steak working there. But no, didn't stock there. Added scrambled eggs onto the sandwhich and then covered that in hot sauce. I wasn't sick so much as I was in a food coma after eating all of that.

Cream crackers.

I dont know what it is with me and them, but if i get my hands on a pack of them with a tube of cheese spread they will all dissapear within half an hour and im left feeling violently ill.

Also i think im allergic to certain types (or brands) of honey, as half the time when i eat something with it my lips and tounge become swollen for the next few hours.

Chilli con carne and a milkshake for me.

After I had the chilli and then the milkshake i somehow burped after 20 mins and ended up puking it all without actually feeling the sick part let alone the acid burn afterwards so I shurgged it off and cleaned it all.

I once remember eating country style chicken and biscuits at some diner not to far from my house. Biggest. Mistake. Ever.
It wasn't really the food itself, but the fucking Hollandaise sauce they lathered it in. I've never reacted to that stuff in the past, but that time it made me feel so ill. My family was going to New York that day (I live in southern New Jersey, so it's like a 1 hour ride), and I had to have them turn around 5 minutes after leaving because I was about to vomit.

I didn't vomit that day, but I sure as hell felt like crap.

I once drank a whole liter of Ovaltine. My stomach make really worrying noises for hours. Nothing else happened, though. No nausea, no gas, nothing but noise. Weird.

I also ate paneer cheese once. I managed to keep it in for about fifteen minutes before it came out my facehole. Never touching that shit again.

MacDonalds never fails to leave me feeling terrible. Not so much a medical thing but more of a psychological one; The feeling of guilt from having just stuffed a McChicken sandwich - oozing with fat and coated in grease - supersedes the feeling of tastiness and I just end up feeling regretful and unhealthy. Maccy's can be blissful when eaten rarely and followed by a justifiable amount of exercise to keep my dirty conscience clean...

I'm gonna take your word on that considering last time I ate too much spicy food, I basically felt like a rocket in the bathroom the next morning. Actually came close to passing out.

Fast Food in general.

I like it, it tastes alright, but my stomach pretty much wants to kill me after every time I have it
