Okay so lets say for the point of this you are now Glados after discovering the vault were all the new test subjects are kept after the end of portal 2's co-op campaign, given that you have appature science labs at you disposal and nearly limitless scientific resource of both actual and pseudo, what test would you perform in the name of (Portal style) science ?
In light of all the gender equality talk that is going on lately mine would be "The equality test"
a normal man and a woman, there is nothing defining or special about either of them they are the very basic of a person at exactly the same age of 25,they are put in room separated into two identical half's buy a large TV screen wall , they are both ear plugged blindfolded and entering the room and when inside then sat in identical chairs and strapped in identical ways, after that their senses are returned and they are then shown for 1 week straight the same 10 hour video of how everyone in the world is equal, gender does not define a person nor does any other aspect of their physical self and that everyone in the world deserve fair chance and equal treatment and rights, they are fed and watered with the exact same things, aloud to sleep for the exact same amount of time in identical beds, after the 1 week they are shown the last video then they are told to stand in front of it as it is raised so they see each other for the first time, then the question is asked "What do you see before you", if the answer is anything other than "another human" the room is flooded with deadly neuro toxin and the test must begin again.
I think that would be pretty good as a test, just to see how effective it would be
