Will a 500 watt power supply be enough?

AMD Phenom X4 9950BE 2.60 GHz, 4000 MHz, 4x, 512KB. 2MB, Boxed
GeIL Black Dragon Dual Channel 4 GB, PC8500, 1066 MHz, 5, Kit Of 2
XFX Geforce 9800 GTX+ (Single)
Cooler Master Centurion 5 Black
OCZ ModXstream Pro 500 watt, 20+24 Pins, 80 Plus Rating (This it the power supply unit ofcourse)
WD Caviar Black 640 GB, 7200 Rpm, 32 MB, S-ATA II/300
Lite-On IHA120 S-ATA, Bulk, Black

Also, this is a fully build PC, does this include stock fans/should i have add a cooler with it (Won't OC it, PC already ordered)?

Is OC'ing possible with it, should i do that.
Also, the cooling, does the computer need an extra fan? Or does the stock cooling on the hardware do the trick?

PS: Will this build last? Or are there any weakpoints in the build?

If you use two power strips to keep the outlets from doing too much work, it might. All on one? You just might blow a fuse if you're having a bad day.

I'm no utter noob at computers, i know the diffrence between ATI 9600 and nvidia geforce 6600 (So to speak) but can anyone explain this?
Tech support at where i'm ordering says it's all in shape (15 minutes after the mail was sent o_O).

No overclocking is not advised unless you have a more then adequate power supply, and yours is borderline at best.

It's ordered, can't change it :D.

Though it's not utterly bad is it? (Intel or AMD extreme fans don't respond, objective answers are best). Still, are there any weak points in the choice?
Will the powersupply cause any havoc without OC but high usage?

Not terrible, I didn't mean it like that. It's a good CPU, but in the price to performance ratio, the Q6600 blows it out of the water.

Still, it'll serve you well for what ever you do.
