I'm also going to jump on the Sixth Sense bandwagon. I don't think there is any other movie I've seen that has been quite that mind-blowing.

Actually, I'd erase the Star Wars movies, then watch the prequels first, so I didn't feel like my childhood was being attacked.
But then you don't get the impact from the "I am your father Luke" scene, because you already know!

If I had to forget one movie, it would be 2001: A Space Odyssey. Then, I would leave it forgotten. It was a bit too off the wall for me as a casual movie watcher. If there was one I'd like to re-experience after the blow to my noggin, it would probably be Toy Story. I don't think the first experience at a young age really left me fulfilled the way it should have.

True, hadn't thought of that. I don't remember the impact, though, was so long ago.

Either Die Hard or Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story.

I still enjoy Die Hard whenever I watch it to this day, but seeing all of the cool stunts for the first time would be flippin' amazing.

Dodgeball because I've seen it way too many times for it to be funny anymore, which is a shame because it's a hilarious movie.
