False - for as yo mama joke to be classified as good, it doesn't take a lot. There is barely any brain cpacity required to make a good yo mama joke. True. A yo mama joke in webcomic that is aiming for anything above pettiness would only drag it down into the pits of obscurity rather quickly. Thus, by leaving out a horrible you mama joke, Ram has upped the intelligence of the comic by a factor or three, which makes an intelligent man such as Daye quite happy.
