They report the news then discuss it, they do not alter facts in order to influence opinions.Darth Sea Bass said:Oh please the bbc are are the flip side of the fox news coin there just more subtle with the bias.Timelord91 said:Fox aren't reliable. Go to Sky News or BBC
I don't know about that. Generally I take Fox News with a pinch of salt, although I usually watch Sky or the BBC myself. However, occasionally they do report things in a decent manner and with the truth. For example, they've handled the story about the Mexican plane hijacking just now pretty damn well.George Palmer said:I wouldn't take any news channel that relies on ratings to have honest and truthful coverage no matter what side they tend to lean towards.
But you'd have to be a complete fucking idiot to think that anything on Fox "news" is worth watching. Seriously.
nbc and cnn arent any better my friendSilencer13 said:I was watching the news not, fox but clicking channels aimlessly when i stumble on Fox News. They were doing nostop coverage about how NBC and other news stations and how they must be "in bed" with the president becuase there is an apparent commercial that slams obama and his health care plan.
It seems stations like NBC and CNN wont showw the commercial and they went on and on and on and on and on about these stations. Not thinking they are also guilty of not showing aaaaaannnnnnything close to resembling anything goood or nice about Obama. Just alot of blah blah blah socailist, blah blah blah destroying america, blah blah blah America doesnt like him or his health care.
I was begining to wounder is Fox News a realiable News Station given when theyre not bashing obama or be stupid , they do actually report news. Some high speed chases, drug busts. Are they to be quoted or watched. How good do you think they are.
By the way the Daily Show and Colbert Report are freaking awesome.
I know what you mean. It's nice to see a news station that really gets gaming. They knew so much they could basically have spoiled the ending for us.Dioxide20 said:Well I think that Fox is the greatest and most reliable news station on the air. Their coverage on the sex scene in Mass Effect really changed my life. The amount of time that they spend on research their topic before they air it is astounding!
This is sarcasm for those of you who don't know your head from your ass...
It's because it's hard to spin a hijacking in Mexico as an attempt to further a liberal/socialist agenda in the United States.Trivun said:However, occasionally they do report things in a decent manner and with the truth. Which admittedly is a bit of a first for Fox.

Oi. Health Care is a trainwreck. (A) How're you supposed to pay for it, and (B), let's just say, for sake of example, that you need an MRI.. You have to get on a list to see doctor, then on a list to get your MRI, then on another list to get a surgerey, probally aprox. 3 years of waiting for one surgery.Achiltibuie said:I love how the americans keep refering to free healthcare for 140million people "evil" and that they dont want to go up before Obama's "death panel".
There is a problem with title "Fox News" chose, in order to be reporting the news said news must be fact and unbiased by those reporting - Fox fail in both.
Hmmmm, all they have to do is say that the terrorists are US-government backed and have been instructed to demand that the Mexican President introduces socialist/liberal policies in Mexico, and piles on pressure for Obama to do the same. I thought that up in about a minute. Think what the entire Fox news team could think up in a similar fashion in about half an hour.Crimsane said:It's because it's hard to spin a hijacking in Mexico as an attempt to further a liberal/socialist agenda in the United States.Trivun said:However, occasionally they do report things in a decent manner and with the truth. Yes that is true...I personally watch CNN and I think they are very reliablexmetatr0nx said:They are pretty close, if not, the bottom rung of news sources. I think they believe it makes the edgy or the "rebels" against the "liberal media" agenda. Which is completely nonsense. They are crap news no matter which way you look at it.
I said health care because that is what he is working on now that is the 'Great evil' that is going to destroy the fabric of our society. As for his stimulus plans, he was just continuing what George had started, and realistically we haven't even used 50% of the money provided in that plan yet.Outcast107 said:First off, who said anything about public healthcare? All I said was it wrong to go around and say sorry to another countries for when we just went over and got rid of a dicator.Jak The Great said:wow.Outcast107 said:He right. Obama preacher did say how America is awful and all the "white" Americans are racists. He also "God damn america" just because of something. All I can say is, if you don't like America, that is fine, but don't live here if you hate it. Go somewhere else. and I HATE! how he is going around saying sorry to every fucking country for America. It just showing weakness Imo. Did any other country say sorry for when the did something bad? hell no.Crimsane said:I can't tell if you're joking, or seriously that ignorant/gullible.ExaltedK9 said:I actually think he hates America. He screwing up America.
Allies.. ever heard of the term? People won't ally themselves to you if you can't represent a cause that they believe in. We are not stronger without them, we are stronger with them; and if we have to say 'hey we got a little carried away, sorry about that' to maintain our relationship, then so be it.
As for other countries apologizing: I do believe Germany apologized for WWII... that was a pretty big F-up.
And if you HONESTLY believe that Obama hates this country, you do know that there are WAY better ways to destroy this country than public healthcare...
Second, I never said he trying to ruin the country. Your just now putting words in my mouth. and third, we are already triple in debt thanks to his "simulates plans" which is a big backfire. And last, show me where Germany or any other people who did worst then us say sorry to the people they did bad things. Did Japan say sorry to China when they unlease their soldiers on them to rape, murder and or whatever to them? Did Japan say sorry to us for bombing Pearl harbor when we weren't in the war? (Not picking on Japan, just WW2 they did just as many bad things as Germany). We as Americans also did bad things, but saying sorry when we didn't do anything bad is just wrong.
Define bad. Invading a country under false pretenses? I would qualify that as 'bad'.Outcast107 said:We as Americans also did bad things, but saying sorry when we didn't do anything bad is just wrong.
I was going to say that.Crimsane said:I can't tell if you're joking, or seriously that ignorant/gullible.ExaltedK9 said:I actually think he hates America. Look at his background with Rev. Three years? What an odd statement I live in the UK and when from Appointment to MRI to Surgery in a little over a month. If you introduce it now you would be could learn from our mistakes and therefore it should work out better why would it take three years?Malevolent Stranger said:Oi. Health Care is a trainwreck. As for Fox News, it is defenitally biased, as is CNN and MSNBC. Just internet browse.
