So, just putting this out there because I'm still trying to wrap my head around it.
Friend called yesterday to make plans for tonight, suggested we could have a mellow night in, or go to one of our favourite bars and see Fred Penner... the children's singer. I couldn't even form words for a while trying to understand what he said.
Turns out, yes, it's THE Fred Penner that many a Canadian kid grew up with. He's performing his kids songs in bars, that card as you enter, for our generation (born in '84).
Guess I'm asking, if you had the option to relive your childhood alongside good priced beer for $5, would ya do it? Or who would you do it for?
