I'd imagine they would exist at some point simply because we humans are pretty perverted. Though they will likely be a niche thing like the previously mentioned realdolls since they will be expensive as hell to own one. Unless the bot is given some kind of A.I it would just be a glorified sex toy though, with the A.I then maybe they would actually become a realistic companion for people.
Granted this wouldnt be able to give someone a child though.

It's not about not wanting that, it's about being unable to find that. Well, I'm assuming anyway (a lot of the responses here say something to that effect, I'm going to say it's a fair assumption for this site at least), though probably there are people who wouldn't want human relationships once the sex-bot revolution begins.

I disagree, rape happens for all sorts of reasons, only some of it because of power. When a frat boy decides to have sex with a woman who's passed out on the sofa, is that because of power or because he senses an easy opportunity to get it wet at someone else's expense? Or how about a gang of young men who groom underage teenage girls to have sex with them in exchange for drugs or alcohol? Is that about power or just cheap easy no-strings attached sex for the men involved? I strongly suspect the latter.

No, rape wouldn't go away but it could well be greatly reduced if an easy and cheap way of having sex was produced.
