You people are deplorable using different things other then seasoned salt the seasoning of the gods! To put anything else on your fries is out right blasphemy to them... Unless of course it's cheese or bacon, but the fries themselves have to have seasoned salt on them with cheese and bacon on them!

POUTINE BABY!

All the way, and none of this weak ass anglo poutine. I mean hardcore, seperatist, language law slinging, Quebec City poutine. I had some a long time back when I was working at Laval University and I honestly think that it is the only reason the rest of Canada wants to keep Quebec.

It had gravy, three kinds of cheese curds, a touch of bacon (maple smoked), onions and just a bit of Alberta ground beef.

Oh God I want that poutine sooooooo bad now.

Between There and There.
Country
The Wide, Brown One.
You people need to do Chips a la Rhom and Johnno.

Take a bigh arse bowl... dump a shit load of fresh, hot chips in the bowl... now, squirt in worchestershire sauce and vinegar, 2 parts worchestershire to 1 part vinegar (malt vinegar, you heathens). Keep squirting it in until you think you've squirted far too much. Now, have a frenz with the salt and pepper (black pepper). Then add a dash or two of tabasco sauce.

Go nomnomnomnomnomnomnomnomnomnomnomnom.

Once the chips have been devoured there will be an oily slurry in the bottom of the bowl. DRINK IT. No, don't look at me like that, grow a fucking pair and drink that tasty, tasty slurry.

Mwah! Flavour country!

No salt No condiments. Pro tip when ordering fries at a fast food place ask for no salt on yours, they then have to fry yours up specially as they salt all the fries together when they come out of the fryer normally. So you always get super hot fries that are so good. Plus you can always add salt yourself. I've been doing this for years and no one ever complaints they just assume I'm a health nut and or on a low sodium diet.

Usually as is.
I might coat them in minced garlic.
I might fry them in garlic olive oil.
I might bake them.
Yam fries are good too.
Need to learn how to make curly fries & seasoning.
If I'm eating a homemade burger, I'll dip them in HP Sauce.
If I'm eating a chicken sandwich, I put them in the sandwich & coat the chicken in ketchup.

Why complicate things? All you need with really good chips is a sprinkling of vinegar (malt is good, apple cider is better) and salt. It emphasises the flavour of the potato.

Preferably covered with chili & cheese, the kind of chili & cheese that takes an hour off your life expectancy every few bites. Or with bacon and ranch or with some spicy mustard or pretty much any way they can be eaten. I love me some fries.

With mayo or ketchup and other common sauces. I prefer my fries baked in the oven though.

I don't eat french fries, I eat chips.
Amen.

Vastly superior to the fat-filled things that are French fries. Deliciously crispy on the outside, smooth and fluffy on the inside.

What I like them with? Brown sauce, ketchup or if I really want to binge; a Kapsalon (Hairdresser, don't ask me about the name):
- Put shoarma on the bottom (technically it's chips on the bottom but no).
- Put chips on top.
- Put cheese on top of that.
- Put the whole thing in the oven until the cheese is all molten.
- Put lettuce on top of all that when it's done.

And voila, one gorgeous calorie bomb. If you want to you can put garlic sauce on top of the shoarma first. Delicious garlic sauce.

I take one or several in between my index finger and thumb and insert them into my mouth. Then I chew until ready to swallow.

I don't take any sauce or anything other than a little salt, when necessary.

I'm boring.

However, I will have plenty vinegar on home-made chips. It's the greatest thing...

Depends. If its from a fast food restaurant, I have them as is.
If I make them myself, I usually have them with a ketchup and hot sauce dip.

In ranch most of the time. The bar I work at also has this Alfredo sauce with taco seasoning mixed in that just amazing.

Usually eat them in groups of three, dunked in sauce because I'm boring.

I just dunk, nibble a bit of the top off, dunk again, rinse and repeat 'till about half way and gob the rest.
