Well on YouTube, anyway. Rebecca Black has removed her official Friday video from YouTube, apparently for "copyright" reasons.

So what do you think, Escapists? Do you feel relieved that the horror can finally come to an end, or disappointed that you can't Fri-roll anyone anymore or spam the dislike button?

EDIT: From what I've heard, Rebecca Black had some sort of misunderstanding/falling out with the recording studio. There was something about her accusing them of copyright infringement and exploiting her (which, considering they produced both the song and video, I'm sure they DID have the right to take it off YouTube), but I don't think anyone knows what really went down at this point.

Eh. I never really cared. It's a bad song yes, but it's not like it's the first terrible song on the internet.

What? That makes no sense. If it was her video, she could just remove it directly. She wouldn't need to copyright claim her own video to get it down. I smell trolls or hackers or something.

I dont care that its gone, but what happened? did she copywrite it herself and using it as a solo album or something to get her into the record Business? cause she could have used a better Demo then that.

Also, is "my Jeans" also gone, cause if so, I would definitely say ARK should copyright all their stuff they help kids produce for money sales.

It's over? Thank you greater powers that are the recording company! For the longest time I've had to carry around a rubber chicken every friday and flog anyone who sang friday with it, in an act of social justice. Now my duty is relieved and I can lay down my arms.
