In case some of you are not aware, MGS V had it's street date broken two weeks in advance and spoilers are starting to leak. This Sunday, Greg Miller will be playing the game every day more than a week before the game releases and I just know assholes will use his stream to spoil the game for other people.

Also sites like IGN are starting to reveal HUGE spoilers in their HEADLINES about MGS V. I just would like to remind everyone that if you plan on playing MGS V and you are anxious to know how this series will end; I would recommend staying far away from any news sites until you have played it.

Just warning ya, especially stay away from IGN.

Welp, now the fact that the entire game is actually an 8-bit indie platformer based on the Touhou series will be spoiled for everyone! I'm leaving until I've finished the game, then. Have fun!

That is inconsiderate of them. You could have different headlines and warn people of spoilers, especially if it's a storydriven game that isn't even out yet.

Any website that reveals MGS V spoilers in their fuckin' headlines before at least 10 days after the game officially out, and I see them, they're going on my permanent block list for the rest of eternity. Including big gaming websites like IGN and even The Escapist. Fuck that noise.

Wait are people actually going to be surprised with how the story, which is altogether too generous a word for Metal Gear, will end? If in fact we actually believe them when they say it's the final game.

I'm guessing it's the same people who think Five Nights at Freddys is over too.

Seriously just walk into this game as A metal gear solid game. Expect no real closure or finality that can't be easily reversed with clones for the inevitable sequel in 5 years.

Except for most fans this is where it ends unless by some miracle Konami gets it head out of its ass and Kojima rejoins later on, which is pure fantasy going by what we know about the goings on. Any Metal Gear past this point will most likely be a piece of shit slapped together and disowned by the fans. Assuming Konami doesn't just make a Pachinko Machine like it has been doing with all of its other franchises, there is a Reality to the Critial Miss joke, Castlevania and Silent Hill got the treatment already.
