Frustrating moments in Gaming

Destroy the 4 AA guns in the second last level of World at War on Veteran.
I have spent 7 hours this week playing just that one plaza, and I have only gotten the half way checkpoint once.
I am the only russian in that army who wants to win the war.
I'm trying this new thing where I don't take my aggression out on the controllers, but this level has me saving up for a new one haha.

Team Fortress 2 having lag spikes every 10 seconds for some unknown reason making the game impossible to play. Its even worse becuase I only just bought it.

for me it was the last boss in Spider Man Web of Shadows. I almost broke the keyboard. The reason wasn't because it was hard, but because it was badly ported and on the last sequence when you have to push buttons at a certain moments I couldn't get it. But after a few retries (about 15-16) i managed to do it moment when I started swearing at the game.

I always get annoyingly stuck in the campaign mode of B:BC2 on "No one gets left behind" when you have to shoot down an enemy hind with an RPG guy inside from the blackhawk. It seems no matter how fast I'd shoot the damn thing, or whether or not I was shooting the guy inside with the rocket, he'd always kill me just before, or just after I kill him. I finally ground my way through that after innumerable attempts and much cursing.

Another is the sub base level in MW2 on veteran. Just thinking about that makes my blood boil...

Probably made it worse when I was about 3 hits from killing her and my mom came in nagging about the volume and basically walked right in front in me and turned it down, effectively blocking my view. I died. I raged.

I bought Deus Ex recently in the Steam sale for my first proper time playing it. Whenever I go through a point where it has to load the screen flashes "loading" then "saving" (ableit quickly because of my machine) - only why it says that I have no idea, because it doesn't fucking checkpoint.

Needless to say, 2 seconds after the "autosave" I went to climb down a ladder and fell to my doom. My last manual save was an hour ago; both my legs are broken so I'm moving like a snail, I've got to cover a massive distance in the map, no ammo, no medpacks...

I don't mind a challenge, but I do mind a challenge that I've already completed and took me fucking years. This is across 2 levels, so no one thought to be saves at the start of missions either!

It's a great game, but that's happened several times (of the 8 hours I've played at least 3 must be covering an area I've already done) and I can't be arsed to carry on.

Back in Diddy Kong Racing the race you had to win to unlock the rooster was a fucking pain in the ass. I must have re-done that 80 times.

Antiquities aside it'd probably be any number of raids in WoW where I'd just sit there staring at a guy's character and wondering how they can accept their level of mediocrity with a straight face.

While the defend-the-house-part was pretty easy, heck I got the Desperado trophy on that part when I played it on Veteran, I just have to disagree with the down-the-hill-part. Flashbangs don't really help against a fuckton of mortars or the bazillion soldiers behind you too. Those bastards are everywhere and all you got for cover are a few fallen leaves. That combined with the mortars made me pull the face my avatar has.

Yeah it was pretty hard on Veteran that part, but I honestly found just sprinting down the hill throwing flashbangs ahead of me worked wonders, I just ignored the guys behind me, didn't fire one shot.

If I only knew about that sooner, that would've saved me putting on my Rage Face. I now pretty much banned MW2 from my PS3, not because of the single player though. You know why.

Overall though, the campaign was pretty easy on Veteran.
